FitnessShop LK is committed to providing high-quality products and excellent customer service. Customers may request a return, refund, or exchange of eligible products in accordance with the terms outlined below.
We aim to deliver online orders within 3–5 working days from the date of purchase. Customers will receive a dispatch notification once their order has been shipped.
Products purchased during promotions, clearance sales, or other discounted offers are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied.
If a product arrives damaged, defective, or differs from the item ordered, FitnessShop LK will provide a replacement at no additional cost. If the product is unavailable, customers may choose either:

A replacement product of equal value; or

A full refund through the original payment method.
Returns
Before returning any product, customers must contact FitnessShop LK via telephone or email to obtain a return authorization code.
Return Conditions

Return requests must be made within 9 days of receiving the order.

Returns are accepted only for products purchased directly through www.fitnessshop.lk.

Products must be unused, unopened (where applicable), and returned in their original resalable condition with all packaging, labels, seals, and accessories intact.

Products that have been opened, consumed, damaged through misuse, or altered in any way are not eligible for return unless confirmed to be defective.

Any courier or shipping costs associated with customer-initiated returns shall be the responsibility of the customer.
Exchanges
Customers may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving their order.
All exchange requests are subject to product availability and approval by FitnessShop LK.
Exchange Conditions

Products must be returned in their original, unused, and resalable condition.

All original packaging, labels, seals, and accessories must accompany the returned product.

Exchange requests will be processed within 14 days after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Once approved, the replacement product will be dispatched to the customer.
If the requested replacement product is unavailable, FitnessShop LK may offer:

An alternative product of equal value; or
-
A refund through the original payment method used for the purchase.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
FitnessShop LK will arrange collection and replacement at no additional cost if:

The product received is damaged during transit;

The product is defective; or
-
The incorrect product was delivered.
Customers should notify us as soon as possible after delivery and provide photographs or other supporting evidence where applicable to assist with verification.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued through the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
Refund processing times may vary depending on the customer's bank, card issuer, or payment service provider.
Shipping and courier charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied product.

FitnessShop LK reserves the right to refuse a return or exchange if the product is not returned in a resalable condition.

Delivery addresses cannot be changed once an order has been dispatched.
